The Robin Hood Stamp Company is one of the UK's largest mail order stamp businesses. Chris Howard, the proprietor, has over 30 years experience in professional philately. He is supported by a staff of five full time specialists, having accumulated many years of unrivalled experience in the Stamp World.

We buy large collections every month, both privately and from the major auction houses in the UK and across Europe. We then break these collections down into suitable lots for re-sale. Our stock therefore constantly changes from day to day.

We would be interested in seeing anything you have for sale, and will always pay a fair price for the right material.

Buying

We buy stamps from all the major auction houses in the UK as well as some in Europe. Increasingly though we prefer to buy from private sources.

We are particularly interested in large collections, single one country lots and better quality single items and covers from any country in the World. We also have a thriving outlet for Great Britain (including first day covers and presentation packs).

Being situated in the centre of the country means that most places in the UK are within easy reach and we will travel to view suitable lots. We also have specialist representatives covering the areas surrounding York, Devon and Cornwall.
