Brownrigg antiques, antique furniture, decorative antiques and painted antiques can be seen at our antique shop in Tetbury. We upload stock daily on our website and specialise in beautiful antique furniture and furnishings. Our antiques include European antiques, (mainly French antiques, Swedish antiques, Spanish antiques, English antiques) and collective decorative items.

Antique furniture includes English furniture, French antique furniture, Swedish furniture, other Scandinavian antique furniture and of course wonderful Spanish furniture as Jorge Perez-Martin does indeed come from Spain. We can also be seen at the well known Antiques and Decorative Fair and in various press articles and publications.

We source antique furniture and other antiques from England Belguim, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Italy, Denmark, France, Germany, Holland, Portugal, Rumania and other Eastern European sources for antiques.

Furniture - Brownrigg always stock a large selection of antique fine and country European furniture, from France, Spain, Italy, Sweden and England. Specializing in antique furniture in natural woods, including walnut, mahogany, pine, fruitwood, oak.Pieces include antique tables, bookcases, commodes, secretaires, desks, buffets, enfilades, tables, occasional & bedside tables and from the 18th century to the 1940s.

Another area in which Brownrigg are strong is painted and ebonised antique furniture and antique bleached oak furniture. We are able to source, quality pieces from all around the globe. Big large antique ebonised bookcases, desks and tables, bleached oak desks and bookcases, and a large selection of antique painted furniture from Sweden (Gustavian) or France, including some English painted pieces.

Our aim is to create harmonious interiors, where classic pieces meet contemporary living. We also run a finder service to help you source specific pieces, if you cannot find what you are looking for on our website, please let us know, as we may have it either in our workshop or be able to find it at one of our many sources.

Seating

Seating - Brownrigg has an extended selection of antique seating, antique chairs and sofas from the 18thcentury to the mid 20th century. Examples of our selection of chairs and sofas are, sets of antique dining chairs, pairs of antique French armchairs, pairs of antique English armchairs, antique Art Deco chairs, antique hall benches, antique stools, antique Swedish and French upholstery, reupholstered in neutral linens, and vintage fabrics, as well as a very large selection of antique French leather armchairs, single French club chairs, all retaining the original leather.

We have been supplying the trade and the interior designers, as well as private clients, all over the UK and internationally, with our vast selection of French antique leather armchairs, and other furniture. Our emphasis is on design, comfort and colour.

All our antique leather armchairs retain the original leather, unless stated. Occasionally we stock antique armchairs, for the English Country look, by the well known makers Howard &Sons.
