About the Business
David Griffith began his career in antiques trading from a small stall in Bermondsey market in 1975 graduating through Portobello Road, Alfie's market and finally arriving in Camden Passage 28 years ago.
He has established a reputation as a major trade source for decorative antiques and stocks a wide selection of principally nineteenth and early twentieth century merchandise. Specialities include small library furniture including writing tables, gentlemen's club and hotel furnishings. He also carries an extensive range of leather seating, vintage display cabinets, shop fittings and campaign furniture including military chests, trunks and chairs.
Everything is restored to a high standard and tastefully presented at his eponymous shop at 17 Camden Passage.
